Whole Team Teamworking
Sidley Austin LLP is an American multinational law firm with approximately 2,300 lawyers in 21 offices worldwide. It was established in 1866 and its headquarters is at One South Dearborn in Chicago’s Loop. It is one of the largest law firms in the world in terms of revenue.
Background
Having successfully delivered a number of training sessions for the firm, we were asked to look at the brief for a large off-site event. This was for the entire European business professional management level staff.
Need
The need was to design and deliver a highly creative team working session for the business professional team. the requirement was for a fun, engaging session that would involve all departments and countries working across function and across jurisdiction.
Activity
We developed in partnership with the client a highly creative teamworking event. Based on the them of pirates, each activity focussed on a question to address and develop ideas around.
Outcomes
An amazing session, which created such a buzz and fun vide that it was talked about for months afterwards. We took people on a journey of discovery in a very short space of time. The outputs were fabulous.
