Video Learning
Our video learning platform at ITD Video Learning gives you access to training for legal and business professionals in law firms. Workshop subjects are made up of a number of short format videos which are a convenient way to access the ideas you need when you need them. See more at ITD Video Learning.
Short format videos 2-10 mins
Our short format videos, from 2 minutes to 10 minutes, mean you can catch up on learning when you want to. Clustered in workshops, you can engage with all the videos in a series, or just watch the one you want to. You might watch a video first thing in the morning, or between meetings or prior to a situation where an idea would be beneficial.
Tailored learning video content
We’ve been working with law firms around the world for over twenty years. The content of each video is based on this experience meaning you will see tailored footage relevant to working in a law firm.
Content based on role
Our videos are designed around the different roles in a law firm. Legal professional roles include trainees, associates and partners. Business professionals covers business managers and a section for all other roles. Which means you can access ideas and tips relevant to your role specifically.
Soft skills / business skill learning
The subjects covered fall under the heading of soft skills or business skills learning. From improving personal efficiency, through delegation skills, to developing impact in virtual meetings, plus many more subjects. Our video learning content is full of ideas and tips and is added to regularly, often based on feedback from people just like you working in law firms.
Ideas, tips and strategies
Similar to our in-person and virtual workshops our video content is full of ideas, tips and strategies to help in every day situations. And we discuss the ideas with avatar legal and business professionals, to apply them to everyday situations. So it’s easy to see the relevance and how to apply ideas in your everyday work.
Personalised video learning
In many of the videos you are encouraged to pause and consider your own situation. You’re asked how might an idea or strategy work for you, or what are the ways you could benefit from adapting your approach. In this way you are drawn into the learning experience almost like being in a workshop.
Series/Workshop Trailers
Each series or workshop has a trailer so that you can get an overview of what’s included in the videos. The trailers are typically just a couple of minutes long.
Summary pdf
Each workshop concludes with a summary pdf which is downloadable, and is a reminder or crib sheet for the workshop. But you can also go back and watch the content for as many times as your subscription or purchase allows.

Professional Business Communication training
This class is 3 hours but it didn’t feel like it. It helped that the class is interactive and each person gets a chance to speak at one time or another. Martin did a great job keeping us engaged. I like the way he explained the topics and I genuinenly walked away with some great pointers regarding communication styles.
Martin was a great trainer!
He made the session interesting and engaging, and gave some really helpful tips for working effectively! Definitely one of the best trainers I’ve come across in sessions like this – would recommend.
"Working Effectively" module with Martin Chapman
Martin is a really friendly instructor whose enthusiasm came through even in a virtual training session. He aimed to create rapport among the attendees which I really appreciated. It was great meeting him!

Professional Business Communication - Very instructive and interactive
