Outcomes

Senior managers gain an understanding of what Nudge is and how it can impact on their organisation. This leads to a consideration of how to deploy Nudge and in which parts of the organisation.

Read one page overview for the training session.

Post workshop

Email access to the training consultant. Optional consultant projects with the consultant to help the organisation implement Nudge. Optional longer training sessions for staff.

In-person or virtual

This session works well with both virtual and in-person formats. In-person can work better as it is easier to communicate and discuss the application of Nudge.

Typically a maximum of 12 participants works well

This class is 3 hours but it didn’t feel like it. It helped that the class is interactive and each person gets a chance to speak at one time or another. Martin did a great job keeping us engaged.
