Utilities

We have worked with a number of Utilities over the years. This work has involved various teams including sales, customer service, finance, communication and marketing.

We had a long running relationship with SSE, where we worked with a large number of people. These ranged from customer service people in offices throughout the UK, as well as sales people in England and Scotland. We also worked on a number of medium term consultancy training projects with sales managers and with entire teams. The latter was helping to move the culture of a team to reflect the moving ethos in the organisation.

With British Gas we were brought in to run a Nudge Training workshop, which is a form of influencing that can be used internally and with external communications.
