Micro-misogyny training

Micro-misogyny training introduces participants to subtle, often overlooked forms of gender bias in the workplace. This bespoke program sheds light on everyday behaviors and language that contribute to a culture of inequality. Through interactive sessions, attendees learn to identify and address microaggressions, fostering a more inclusive and respectful environment. By raising awareness and providing practical strategies, this training empowers individuals to challenge harmful stereotypes and promote gender equity. With a focus on cultivating empathy and understanding, participants gain the tools to create positive change, fostering a more supportive and equitable workplace for all.

Professional Business Communication training

March 27, 2025

This class is 3 hours but it didn’t feel like it. It helped that the class is interactive and each person gets a chance to speak at one time or another. Martin did a great job keeping us engaged. I like the way he explained the topics and I genuinenly walked away with some great pointers regarding communication styles.
