Micro-misogyny training
Micro-misogyny training introduces participants to subtle, often overlooked forms of gender bias in the workplace. Participants
Anyone. Literally anyone in the organisation, in any role at any level. This includes women who can be unconsciously micro-misogynistic.
Duration
The duration of this training can go from a 30-minute section within a broader workshop on unconscious bias training, through to a full 3-hour workshop.

Number of Participants
Twelve is a good number for any workshop, but this can work with larger numbers as there is plenty of time taken in breakout groups.
