The need was simply to provoke thinking and challenge assumptions with an engaging, fun blended off-site session.
Activity
The agenda included one group work, small group discussions, presentations as well as a number of fun team building type activities. This included presenting the team with a number of questions to discuss and present back on.
The subjects covered included the business culture and how this could be even better to enhance their success.
Outcomes
The result was a resounding success with a very positive vide throughout the session, combined with great discussions focusing on the priorities the teams et for themselves. The atmosphere allowed for some challenging debates and everyone left with actions to take forward.
