As the business grows and roles become more specific and defined there is often a need to train expereinced professionals for the new roles they take on.
Need
The specific need here was to help a senior manager to review their skills in written communication with internal and external contacts.
Activity
The agenda below is enhanced by asking the participant to provide examples of their communication for review in the session. About half of the time was spent in reviewing and coaching based on these examples. The session was delivered in a 3-hour virtual workshop using Zoom. It is a highly interactive workshop with the manager continually involved and suggesting their thoughts at every step.
