Background
Working with Kingsley Napley is an absolute pleasure because their people, from reception to senior team, are down to earth and highly professional.
Project
The project was to work with the senior management team. The objectives were about fostering understanding and improved and more timely decision making.
Activity
We facilitated a series of their management meetings. Using our Work Style Model helped in the appreciation of different working styles, driven by personality. During and at the end of each session we discussed how the meeting went, development areas and action points. We also had the occassional one to one session.
Outcomes
Senior management meetings became more efficient and productive.
