Background
The learning and development funcion at Reed Smith asked us to deliver a virtual trainig session on resilience.
Need
The need was to demonstrate our virtual training using resilience training as an example. This would give the firm more information to gauge our ability and competence at engaging particpants and the quality of the virtual learning experience.
