When one of your managers or senior people has a conversation with a junior person, they often pass on vital learning. This might be when delegating a task, briefing on a project, or just explaining how things are done in your organisation.
The senior person might be explaining an internal process that needs to be followed. They may be talking through how something needs to be done, or why it needs to be implemented in a specific way. Or it could be giving context on the way to approach a specific type of work.
This can be valuable learning for the junior person. But when the conversation ends, that learning could be an opportunity lost to the organisation. How many other people could benefit from that conversation. For example, how many new hires could learn from this during their onboarding.

Delegation
When a senior person delegates they may well have to do this numerous times with different people. They may have similar conversations many times. What if you could save those conversations and convert them into video learning. Now you can.

The process is fairly simple. We recommend starting with a pilot. Choose a group, team or individual manager who is enthusiastic towards capturing their knowledge and expertise. Someone who is interested in making things more efficient and delegates or works with a team.
The manager simply records their conversations with an AI app, and they will know the kind of conversations that they would like turned into learning videos.
There may be existing recordings you could use, but if not make some fresh ones with an AI enabled application. Together we agree the learning points you want to gain. We develop the learning videos, which are then tested and tweaked as required.
