The objective of this programme was to improve the knowledge of trainees in to how to behave as a business professional. A half day workshop was developed and piloted. The content was designed to be punchy, to make points in a relevant and fun way with highly interactive workshop techniques.

Background
Clifford Chance are one of the biggest law firms in the world. ITD work with both lawyers and business services. This project is working with trainees to help improve their approach in working in a magic circle law firm.
Objectives
Improve the knowledge of trainees in to how to behave as a business professional when representing this international law firm.

Solution
We discussed the training needs with the training team which then lead to asking partners and supervising lawyers specifically what they would like to see more of and less of from trainees.
A half day draft workshop was developed and piloted. The content was designed to be punchy and impactful, to make points in a relevant and fun way with highly interactive workshop techniques. This included mini role-plays, quizzes, and competitive activities between teams.
Individual action points are gained from each participant at the close, with discussion on how to implement these.
Results
Excellent feedback from participants and from supervising lawyers on the impact it had on what trainees behaviour.
