Solution
We developed a half day workshop with email follow up and a one hour review session. The material was designed to be bespoke to the NSPCC team. Each participant worked on their personal efficiency in the workshop, identifying where they could improve and considering how ideas could be implemented. Through exercises and interactive activities they learnt new ideas on how to handle work more efficiently. This included reflecting on their personality, how to be more assertive when dealing with demanding requests and how to organise work more effectively. Individual action points were gathered at the close of the session.
Results
The review session how much the team’s efficiency had improved by reviewed their actions, seeing what had been implemented and looking at the impact. Their Manager was delighted with the work, as was the Head of L&D.
