Background
We have worked with SSE for many years and were delighted to help when the need for virtual presentation skills training was requested.
Need
The need was to help Key Account Managers with their regular communications with clients.
Activity
The content for the session was tailored for the KAMs, this included:
- Setting a clear objective for your virtual communications.
- Using voice for impact.
- Getting the best from the technology through video.
- Clear communication through sentence structure and choice of words.
- Handling objections, no matter what the objection, to help continue the relationship.
- Practising the skills of presenting virtually with feedback and developmental suggestions.
Outcomes
Each of the participants gained a number of personal actions to work on and apply with their customers.
