One to One Virtual Presentation Skills Training

Background
As the Covid-19 epidemic contniues from 2021 to 2022 the reality of working and communicating virtually is becoming more accepted. This session for senior manager of the organisation was arranged in this context.
Need
The specific need was to provide and refresh ideas on how to communicate virtually. This included how to engage and maintain engagement with both internal presentations at a senior level, and between other teams. Ideas were required on how to design and deliver a presentation that would generate conversation and active participation.
Activity
We developed a session which was a blend of training and coaching. This involved lots of discussion and introduction of ideas tailored to TOTSA and the needs of the individual. At each step we discussed ideas like how slide design could be improved to encourage engagement and involvement. It was a fast moving but detailed session.
Outcomes
The individual gained many ideas and thought provoking concepts, to apply immediately and for reflection afterwards.
