Workshop Overview

Appraisals are not a one off conversation once a year; they are the cumulation of conversations and activity throughout the year.

The module covers how to run a successful appraisal session from preparation to follow up. It gives the participants a thorough review of what to do and what pitfalls to look out for.

Pre workshop activity

  • Meeting to discuss the participant’s needs and those of the organisation
  • Draft workshop outline tailored to your needs
  • Agreement of agenda
  • Participants complete a short questionnaire and read the ITD Work Style Model in preparation for the workshop.

Duration

  • Half a day to a full day, or two half days.
