Personality tests can help in recruitment

 
Trying to find the right people to fit the job is a challenge. Filtering so many applications, creating a short list and then trying to decide if an interview performance is a true reflection of the candidate’s true self. Personality reports can help.
 
It’s fairly simple. You define a job profile, ask each candidate to complete an on-line questionnaire and then compare the profile of each candidate against the job profile. This comparison gives a report highlighting the fit of the candidate to the job and questions to ask.
 
This can be a useful additional tool in the interview process and does at least add some good questions to explore. This can be something carried out internally or we can offer this as a service at ITD.
