Tailoring the training to your needs
The content of our training will be tailored in 3 ways:
- We create scenarios based on your experiences to use as examples in the session and apply the ideas covered to these situations.
- Through discussion with you in designing the workshop we tailor the content. Whilst we have some of the required language and words from our experience in working with many different organisations, we would ensure the terms and phrases used in the sessions are those typically used within your market.
- We also tailor during the sessions by listening to the participants and adapting in an agile way to their needs.
