Teamworking Creative Session

Background
Working across markets including law firms gives us a distinctive perspective on how to solve the client brief, in this case with an usual teamworking session.
Need
The client wanted something different in a teamworking session of 2 to 2.5 hours.
Activity
The overall idea was to create a fun session where people are doing things they would, for the most part, not normally do; be creative in the visual, hands on, design sense.
A series of creative sessions where each team is creating OC inspired products and services, in competition to win prizes and accolade from their colleagues.
Each activity gives the teams an opportunity to create an OC product or service. At the start of each activity the consultant gives a short overview, then a briefing note and materials are distributed. The consultant checks in with each team to ensure they have the task underway.
When the time has elapsed, each team’s entries are submitted.
The groups would be made up of a mixture fee earners and business services, with a mix of levels of seniority and a mix of personality profile.
Outcomes
- For the firm to have fun in a creative team working session.
- To thread in some key team working themes like using the colours framework.
- For people to work with others who they would not ordinarily work with.
