Background
The organisation was going through a period of change, and we were asked to assist the management team in their approach to this.
Need
The need was to create a training session that would encourage the development of a plan for how the managers in the sales and marketing functions were going to manage their teams through change.
Activity
The programme was tailored to Norgine & the participants to create a tailored training day. Each participant had the opportunity to email their thoughts on what the agenda should cover, and they took it.
The in-person session was a facilitated workshop in style. Insights and ideas were presented in between time for discussion and idea generation.
Managers were encouraged to work with people they do not regularly work with. The whole day created an opportunity for stimulating conversation.
Outcomes
The managers closed the session having presented their ideas on actions they needed to take in order to steer the organisation through the change.
