What is asynchronous training?
Asynchronous training means training that you can access whenever you need it. A classic in-person or virtual training session requires people to be meeting at the same time. But asynchronous means you can access the content whenever you need it. The term online learning can be sued to mean the same things, although this could also include live webinars.
What makes our asynchronous training different?
You may well recognise that online learning can be not that engaging or involving, it feels like you’re just observing. With our content we create the content to involve you. It feels like the people in the video are talking to you about things that affect you. You feel involved and engaged. It’s almost like it’s a live session that you’re participating in.

We write the content of the training in a way that draws in the participant to make them feel they are part of the session. We use Pause & Play to help the participant consider their perspective on the subjects under discussion. So this makes the experience that much more involving and interesting.
3. Podcast style conversations
You and your people are familiar with podcast style content, and our training can be designed in this format. It means the training is engaging and entertaining with discussions between a number of people and reviews of actual scenarios relevant to your organisation.
