The need was to help the sales people with tools which they could practcialy use every day in their client interactions. Specifcally this was about personalities, questioning and preparing to present.

We designed and delivered a two day session, which was high on interaction and everyone involved at all times. Our Work Styles Model was used as a way to analyse peronsalities. This included those of the sales people and their clients. We develoed scenarios to work on which were based on those brought to the session by sales people.
