Personality at Work - Conference Session
This case study describes a 90-minute conference session for over 80 participants.

Need
Once a year Clarke Willmott gather Associates and Senior Associates for a conference. Part of this is a developmental session which benefits the participants through group discussion and sharing experiences. We were asked to design and deliver a session based on our Personality at Work training, to suit the conference format.
In this case there were over 80 participants from all the Clarke Willmott offices.
Activity
We designed and delivered a 90-minute session. We made sure that all participants were engaged in the session through discussion and reflection at all times.
The pre-workshop activity asked participants to complete an online 3 minute questionnaire.
During the session everyone was engaged in small group and large group discussion, with many follow up questions during the lunch break.
Outcomes
All the participants gained a good reflection on the impact of personality at work. They also discussed their thoguhts with colleagues and the impact persona;ity has on everyday work.

The feedback from the participants was outstanding. Following the applause, many participants came up to the trainer to thank him and further discuss their thoughts.
