Background

In all major international law firms Associates need to get into the mindset of seeing themselves as having a brand. They also need to get into the habit of networking.

Need

The specific need for this workshop is to give Associates the tools to reassess their self perception into that of the personal brand. It is also required to give participants tools and ideas to implement in networking immediately.

Outcomes

The session involved participants engaged and discussing the subject all the way through. Each one has a chance to consider networking in the context of their role. They also finish the training by forming at least one specific networking action to implement within 7 days.
