Nudge Training
This Nudge training case study explores how we created a one to one consultancy style session for the World Bank Group in Sofia Bulgaria.
Background
With 189 member countries, staff from more than 170 countries, and offices in over 130 locations, the World Bank Group is a unique global partnership: five institutions working for sustainable solutions that reduce poverty and build shared prosperity in developing countries.
Need
The need was to explore how Nudge might help the organisation in implementing behavioural changes internally.
Activity
We designed, tailored and delivered a two-hour virtual training session. This focussed on the challenges the Manager had with behavioural changes required in the organisation. These challenges are very typical in any organisation and Nudge can help steer people to different choices.
Outcome
The session help the Manager to consider how Nudge could help in very specific situations.
