
Nudge training follow up
Trilegal is a large award winning Indian law firm. Associates are required to service clients to deliver outstanding results and encourage growth of the firm.
We ran Nudge training workshops for a number of groups of Associate lawyers. This was focussed on giving lawyers a set of practical tips and strategies to use Nudge for communicating with clients, juniors and senior lawyers.
Background
These follow up sessions were aimed to reinforce learning from the workshops.
Need
The specific need was to ensure associates knew how to use Nudge to better communicate. And to transfer ideas across the teams as well as from the trainer.
Activity
We delivered a series of one hour follow up sessions. These had a very tight agenda to ensure the all the required learning was reinforced. Examples from participants were shared and explored by the trainer. Interaction through Zoom had participants writing on the screen, captured through screengrabs.
Outcomes
Each lawyer reviewed their understanding of nudge and how to apply it. They received a copy of the PowerPoint workbook used in the follow up sessions including all the screengrabs.
