The specific need was to help an individual moving from a support role to a sales role.

Activity
We developed a one to one session covering a selection of the basics in selling. This included; Developing a Pipeline, Fundamentals of a Sales Process, Value from the customers’ perspective, Questioning to discover Value.
The session was run virtually on Zoom, with pre-work and closed with specific actions to take forward.
Outcomes
The participant left with a greater knowledge on the areas covered. They also gained ideas to implement straight away in terms of the pipeline and sales process. The questions developed in the session were to be used in meetings the following week.
