The need for training is to support the sales team continue their growth and encourage their development through new learning. The team is being asked to professionalise their approach in the use of specific sales objectives, targets and sales management techniques.

Activity

We developed a full day, live training event. Content was tailored to the business with scripts based around typical sales calls, specific scenarios practised and ideas based on every day situations.

Outcomes

The outcome was a very engaging day, with all the account managers discussing ideas and reflecting on how they could apply them into thier day to day work.
