Time management – novel tip for prioritisation.
 
Many people will tell you how to prioritise, but here’s an idea that you may not have heard of. Consider what you are not going to do. In other words turn your priorities on their head, look at them from the opposite direction and decide what you are not going to do.
 
Look at the time available, the priorities of your job role and then look at what is on your to do list. Be ruthless and decide which items can be deleted, or rejected, or delayed; those which don’t drive your objectives. This can work as a different way of looking at priorities.
