A little bit of sales training history was made latest week. The client is a financial services sector business which has dealings with customers during the day and in the evening.


The sales training was specifically designed for the client by ITD. The objective was to refresh the approach of the team, covering such areas as pre-handling objections, better understanding the style of the prospect and many other topics.


One of the participants used the new techniques during a call that very evening. Her confidence had grown during the training and the ITD consultant worked with her to develop that confidence. So she used the new techniques, closed the deal and created more than enough revenue to pay for the entire training programme. Remarkable!
